From Intention to Action

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of being a student? If feelings of stress, anxiety or depression are getting in the way of your academic progress, the From Intention to Action Program (FITA) can help.

Support and encouragement from someone at the University can be one of the most important factors in your well-being and academic success. FITA offers brief counselling (up to 12  fifty minute sessions) blending personal and learning support. 

Mindfulness meditation

Mindfulness meditation is about being aware in the present moment. With mindfulness workshops and techniques we can learn to slow down and appreciate the present.
